At Iron Clan, we don’t just build bodies we build stories. And our lead coach, Haider Hassan, embodies a story of passion, resilience, and science-backed transformation. 

💪 Rooted in Legacy
Raised in a family of athletes, Haider was born into movement. With a father who excelled in cricket and bodybuilding and an elder brother who’s a doctor with a passion for fitness, he was surrounded by strength and science from day one. Sports became his lifestyle from cricket and football to boxing and volleyball, he thrived across disciplines.

🩹 Broken, Then Rebuilt
In 2018, an ACL tear in his right knee left him bedridden for nearly two years. It was a crushing blow but it didn’t stop him. He committed to the grind of rehab and rebuilt his body step by step.
In 2023, he tore his left ACL. Another test. Another comeback. Through both injuries, he gained what few can offer real experience in recovery, patience, and strength. These challenges didn’t break him. They built the coach he is today.

🎓 Backed by Science
Determined to turn his struggle into purpose, he pursued a Bachelor’s in Sports Science & Physical Education, graduating with an Award of Excellence. He followed this with an internationally recognized REPS Level 3 Personal Training Certification, combining academic depth with real-world coaching skills.
